CURRENT BOARD MEMBERS:

As Region 1 Director, Nick is responsible for conducting, managing and regulating the properties within Region 1 under the common interest community association citation act and association declaration by-laws.

The HOA President serves as the executive officer of the Board of Directors. As  Executive Officer, the President runs meetings, establishes the agenda and executes contracts along with other legal documents pertaining to the HOA.  Also as Region  2  Director, Pat is responsible for conducting, managing and regulating the properties within Region 2  under the common interest community association citation act and association declaration by-laws.

The HOA Vice President performs all the duties of the President in the absence or inability of the President, and such other duties as the President or Board of Directors may assign. Also as Region 3 Director, Cheryl is responsible for conducting, managing and regulating the properties within Region 3 under the common interest community association citation act and association declaration by-laws.

As Region 4 Director, Janice is responsible for conducting, managing and regulating the properties within Region 4 under the common interest community association citation act and association declaration by-laws.

As Region 5 Director, Sheila is responsible for conducting, managing and regulating the property within Region 5 under the common interest community association citation act and association declaration by-laws.

As Region 6 Director, Tikvah is responsible for conducting, managing and regulating the property within Region 6 under the common interest community association citation act and association declaration by-laws. Tikvah also oversees the Community Volunteer coordination.

As Region 7 Director, Beverly is responsible for conducting, managing and regulating the property within Region 7 under the common interest community association citation act and association declaration by-laws. Beverly also oversees the Safety & Security Committee.

As Region 9 Director, Shellie is responsible for conducting, managing and regulating the property within Region 9 under the common interest community association citation act and association declaration by-laws.
